Book Keeper

Full-time Bookkeeper required for a growing commercial property and hospitality group.

Your duties would include:

  • General accounts payable/receivable function for multiple entities
  • Debtor and Creditor management
  • Preparation of month end for multiple entities for CFO review;
  • Preparation of intercompany invoices and reconciliations;
  • Preparation of Business Activity Statements for multiple entities
  • Management of debtor collections and bank reconciliations;
  • Processing of prepayments, accrual and depreciation journals;
  • Compilation of regular KPI information;
  • Provision of ad-hoc information as requested;;
  • Cash flow forecast preparation
  • Company payroll

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum of 3 year's experience in a similar role;
  • Previous experience with Xero, MYOB, H&L, Bepoz all preferred
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow instruction and learn quickly
  • IT savvy
