The Role
We are currently seeking a receptionist to come on board to manage the front of house whilst the business is attending XMAS events as well as annual leave cover. This is a fast-paced role where you will be required to have drive and initiative to support the wider business with adhoc administrative tasks. This is an immediate start so you must be immediately available.
  
Duties will include:  
  • Managing the Front of House
  • Answering a busy switchboard
  • Managing and coordination of the meeting rooms
  • Meet and greet of clients
  • Ad Hoc data entry, document management, filing
  • Reconciliation of expenses
  • General Administration for the wider business
  
About you:  
  • Previous Reception and Administration experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised with a sense of urgency
  • Intermediate MS Office
  • Excellent external stakeholder management skill
