Administration Assistant - Membership

Our Club is one of Australia’s most prestigious private member clubs, providing service of the highest standard to members and their guests. 

 

This position will play an important role in supporting the activities of the Club by providing a range of membership and administrative services. You will enjoy working within a small, collaborative team in a dynamic and varied role.

 

Job Role requirements include

 

  • Regular processing of membership applications in accordance with Club rules
  • Providing administration support to relevant committees, including coordinating meeting logistics which involve producing membership reports, meeting papers, attending meetings and taking accurate minutes
  • Member focus and the ability to manage relationships across the Club with respect and discretion
  • An opportunity to become involved in development projects
  • Attention to detail with accomplished technology ability (MS office, Board portal software, Website)
  • An ability to simplify processes and tasks both internally and for the membership candidate process
  • Provide support to the general administration functions within the Club

Previous experience in membership is highly valued, however the position also suits an administrator who has high-level computer literacy skills.
