They are looking for a well-presented, self-motivated Administrator to come on board and provide support to their dynamic sales team.

- Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, and LiveChat
- Data entry – updating and maintaining the internal database
- Prepare quotes, assist with orders and qualify sales leads
- Collaborate with internal teams and maximise customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and keep clients updated on order progress
