Office all-rounder

We are a small stainless steel company located in Bayswater, successfully operating for over twenty years. We are seeking an office all-rounder for 3 days a week to join our friendly team.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Confidence using MYOB
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
  • A high of level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A valid Driver's license (Manual licence ideal)
  • Great customer service skills

Duties will include:

  • Book-keeping
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Payroll
  • Bank reconciliation
  • BAS, PAYG and Superannuation reporting
  • Data entry into MYOB and Excel
  • Quotations and invoicing
  • General office and administrative duties
