We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Brisbane, QLD 

The Customer Service Officer plays an integral part in supporting the processing of Customer Purchase Orders for spare parts and liaising with our customers to assist with their requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organised. The ideal candidate will also be someone who is well organised and able to multi task in a high volume environment. 

The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)

  • Generation of quotes and entry of sales orders for allocated customer accounts. 
  • Reporting on order and delivery status of spare parts
  • Maintenance of Customer Master Data systems. 
  • Assisting the Finance department with invoice queries.
  • Timely processing of returns, credits, and warranty inquiries
  • Providing an overall high level of customer service for our clients.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Features such as Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be proactive, confident and self-motivated.
  • Tech savvy and strongly computer literate. 
  • Possess exceptional rapport building and relationship building skills
  • Experience with SAP and SalesForce will be very highly regarded 
  • An ability to work with a high level of details and achieve accuracy and completeness
