Service Receptionist

Mercedes-Benz Castle Hill has an exciting opportunity for a Service Receptionist This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation that is growing rapidly, with excellent career prospects as the company expands. 

The service receptionist is the primary liaison between the guest and the Service Advisor. In this role you are required to assist with the co-ordination of service department activities and related matters to achieve an efficient and profitable operation in the service department.

Key Duties

  • Making appointments
  • Preparation of job cards
  • Contacting guests the night before confirming appointment, scope of work and introduction
  • Meet and greet guests 
  • Ensuring repair orders are correct and complete with customer and vehicle details.
  • Promoting parts, service and accessories.
  • Following up on scheduled work and ensuring guest pick up completed vehicles within our guidelines.
  • Maintain and improve product knowledge through reading information bulletins and attending training courses as agreed.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Sound Product Knowledge
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist
  • High standard of presentation
  • Customer Service skills
