As we continue to expand we are looking for a administration support person to assist our sales team meet customer expectations and sales targets.

 

 

Qualifications & experience

 

  • Attention to detail
  • Completing tasks 
  • Customer service experience
  • Works Autonomously
  • Accountable to KPI's and deadlines

 

 

 

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Data entry into our ERP system
  • Answering phones & assisting customers
  • Transferring calls where required
  • Tracking freight with transport companies
  • Following through inquiries to completion
  • Coordinate urgent jobs and installations with Operations Team
  • Support and assist sales team to ensure Sales targets are met
