Team Assistant

About the Company:
Boutique’s client is a global executive search firm located in the Sydney CBD. They are looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join there friendly and collaborative team on a temp basis until the end of the year. This role may lead to permanent for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining diary and calendar management. 
  • Project Coordination
  • Manage budget spreadsheets, expenses and invoices. 
  • Assist with marketing project updates 
  • Preparation of reports and other documents
  • Data entry 
  • Organise meetings and lunches. 
  • Taking minutes of product meetings. 
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system. 
About You:
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience across a EA / OR Team Assistant capacity
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently. 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometime unpredictable environment. 
  • Very high attention to detail. 
  • Build effective relationships and rapport at all levels.
