Reporting to the Human Resources Manager your role will encompass all facets of managing reception, inclusive of the following:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring all signing in procedures are adhered to
- Handle all incoming calls on the switchboard, screening calls and taking messages
- Support the office for any ad hoc administration
- Filing mail and organising couriers
- Maintaining office supplies
Essentially you will have a proven track record in corporate reception, a positive, mature outlook and a friendly outgoing character with intermediate MS office skills.
