An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a large organisation within the waste industry.

The position provides executive support to the General Manager and Finance Manager and serves as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities, but not limited to:  

  • Manage diaries effectively by prioritising to ensure a seamless diary management
  • Variety of administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Arranging travel plans, itineraries and agendas
  • Research and follow up on communications, issues and concerns to general manager for a timely response   
  • Managing email inboxes accordingly
  • Communication with internal and external relationships to provide informed updates
  • Ensure regular reporting are met, compilation of document packs, drafting of documents
  • Managing receipt and processing of purchasing and expense requirements

To be considered, you must have or be:

  • Proven experience supporting a senior leadership role
  • Advanced level written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated capability of attention to detail
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Business Administration qualification (desirable)
