Admin Assistant

OTTO Environmental Systems, a Mobile Garbage Bin (MGBs) supplier in Peakhurst , NSW currently has a vacancy for an Admin Assistant for our organization. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated team player to provide support and assist the business with general accounting and admin duties.

Tenure is for 12 months with the option of further extension.

Key Role:

  • Administrative support to the business and Finance Manager in day to day business operation.
  • Correct and timely recording of transactions into our system.
  • Respond/Attend to telephone and counter enquiries from clients .
  • Invoice processing and general office duties such coordinating with courier/freight companies for all business related matters.

Qualifications , skills and experience required :

  • Business related tertiary education with a 1 year minimum work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of XERO and the it's processes.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including working to deadlines .
  • Outstanding communicator and customer service skills.

This role can be casual/permanent part time from 26-35 hours per week with flexible working hours arrangement.
