Your role is to be the first point of contact for many students and parents. The administrative support team is very warm, open and run by a tight-knit group. Supporting the Director of IT and eLearning and the Facilities Manager, this role will be a combinations of administration, and personal assistance. You’ll be the face and voice of the organisation, and your calm, fun and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this professional and supportive team.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Meeting and Greeting students and parents
- Reception & Switchboard Operation
- Database & physical file maintenance
- PA support to the Principal’s office
- Coordinating Office Supplies
- Handling Mail and Couriers
- Event Management Support
The right person will be polished and dynamic whilst being understanding and compassionate. This person will have strong communication skills and have a flair for developing strong relationships. Intermediate-advanced computer literacy is required, as well as a solid background in reception with administration/personal assistance.
This is a full time role with very attractive hours - Monday to Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm.
