As such, the business is currently recruiting for the Skills Assessment Case Officer.

 About the role…

  • Interacts and engages with Skill Assessment applicants and agents in relation to matters associated with the full cycle of the application process, validating content and accuracy of applications.
  • Manages complaints from applicants, resolving where possible and escalating to the Team Leader where appropriate
  • Responds and resolves requests for additional information from applicants during the application process
  • Provide accurate information to applicants and migration agents in line with government and ACS policies, procedures, and standards, requesting further documentation from applicants as required and ensuring stakeholder expectations are appropriately managed 

About you…

  • High level of attention to detail in documentation, processes, and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork
  • Capacity in relating to a diverse range of personalities and cultures.
  • Strong administration and accurate data entry experience
  • Experience in using Salesforce is an advantage
