About the role:

The purpose of the role is to support the National Customer Service Manager as the key transactional interface with nominated customer(s), reporting and escalating issues, as necessary, to the relevant Manager. The Key Accounts Coordinator works collaboratively with the customer to ensure satisfaction with our service delivery by monitoring on-time delivery and damage performance, providing support with bookings and special movements.

Main accountabilities: 

  • KPI’s/performance reports to stakeholders 
  • Support the damage claims process if and as required 
  • Working with Ops teams to ensure communications are optimised and targets met 
  • Provide support with the on-line booking system for major customers.  
  • Provide service issue escalation point for customers 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly with Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
