Job Description

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic administrator to join our supportive and busy team as an all rounder, providing assistance in administering fleet signage jobs and projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Liaise with customers and utilise our existing management information systems to assist with data entry of processing customer orders, creating job specifications, including an artwork process, scheduling of jobs and invoicing
  • Liaise with sub-contractors
  • Communicate with customers and staff regarding jobs progress
  • Maintain internal reporting systems
  • Other administrative tasks, as and when required
  • As well as being provided specific training for the role you will undergo a thorough induction, including time on the production floor to fully understand our products, production processes and systems.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic and committed approach to learn and grow into the role
  • Well-presented and punctual
  • Motivation – able to support people to make a difference and achieve high levels of performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with customer support and troubleshooting
  • Ability to Manage Workloads with an attention to detail
