Who we are

Kudos is a not-for-profit, employee-owned disability services agency and NDIS provider working in Adelaide and regional South Australia.

We provide hands-on therapy services tailored to our clients’ unique needs and early childhood intervention services (0-6 y/o) as the NDIS Partner in South Australia.

Our friendly and passionate team is made up of highly experienced practitioners in positive behaviour support, social work, psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, developmental education, specialist support coordination supported by the corporate team comprising of customer services officers, marketers, the HR folk, the WHS champions and the accountants.

What you will do

  • Provide high quality administrative support services to contribute to the efficiency of Kudos Services, including reception duties, internal and external customer interface, responding to customer enquiries both in person and via telephone and/or emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Coordinate and support with client appointment planning, room, and car bookings
  • Provide user support and customer service on organisational-supported IT applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Monitor and assist with customer service procedures and manuals to improve performance in administrative and workflow processes in conjunction with system requirements.

You will also contribute to the smooth running of our Elizabeth office by building rapport with clients, their parents and caregivers. You will be the face of the organisation, greeting family members on arrival and departure, dealing with their enquiries, and assisting where necessary to help create a safe and supportive environment for both clients and members.

What you will need to succeed

  • 5+ years’ experience in similar position
  • Customer service focused with a commitment to providing quality service and implementing continuous improvement
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check which is satisfactory to Kudos in accordance with the Children’s Protection Act 1993(SA) and a current driver’s licence
  • COVID-19 Vaccination and proof of (as of 20 October 2021, the Emergency Management (Healthcare Setting Workers Vaccination No 2) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 issued under the Emergency Management Act 2004, came into effect)
  • Ability to work across two locations from time to time to meet operational needs
  • Excellent computer skills including demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner whilst also maintaining high work standards and accuracy
  • Demonstrated proactive flexibility, initiative and broader skills through assisting and supporting all areas of the Mutual
