Administration Assistant

In our Primary Processing (Operations) division we are problem solvers who are passionate about improving efficiencies and delivering the highest quality product to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Primary Processing facility in Murarrie.

Hours of Work

This is a Full Time role with a Tuesday to Friday 7am - 4pm and Saturday 7am - 11am roster, working 38 hours per week.


  • Support with stock control
  • Process invoicing and liaising with accounts payable
  • Prepare and maintain forecast reporting
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Completing customer service tasks
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Receive and organise the raw material delivery vehicles
  • Scanning, filing of records and general documentation management
  • Maintain clean working areas

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive and friendly demeanor, and with an excellent phone manner
  • Good levels of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to provide support to numerous stakeholders while working largely autonomously
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work
  • SAP experience is not required but desirable in this role
