Receptionist/Administration Clerk 

Chartered Accountancy Firm – Lutwyche

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Firm. You will need to present well and be kind and courteous to all clients.


The Receptionist’s duties include answering the phone and redirecting phone calls, receiving, distributing and recording of incoming and outgoing mail, typing and general office duties.


To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, excellent telephone manner, ability to take accurate messages, transfer calls promptly and ensure confidentiality


Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Immediate start.
For the right applicant we will contemplate part time/Job sharing
