Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Operations Team. You will be required to put together presentations, events flyers and engaging communications, so someone with a creative flare and familiar with InDesign would be advantageous. Above all we are looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to their customers.
- Ensure enquiries are replied to with 24 hours
- Assist with document preparations
- Event coordination
- Administrative support to Operations Team, ensuring standardisation throughout all sites
- Ongoing innovation to processes and procedures to enhance efficiencies
- Be a brand ambassador when communicating with new and existing clients
- Strong customer service and administration background
- High work ethic, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Diligent to compliance
- Strong MS Office and InDesign knowledge desirable
