Administration Coordinator

We are a leading provider of people and information solutions to the Agribusiness industry and now have a great role available based in our Melbourne office.


The role will have a general administration focus including receiving in bound calls and diary management for consultants as well as providing administration support associated with the recruitment process. This will include database management, preparing reports, organising meetings and coordinating travel. In addition, you will liaise with clients, candidates, and service providers.


We are a small team, with offices also in Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth so you will liaise across the business, as well as with clients and candidates that are geographically dispersed.


High level organisation and written skills (composing and editing) are critical to this position.


Some previous experience working in a regional based or agricultural business is preferred, along with a positive, customer-focused attitude, great attention to detail, and strong IT skills including database management experience. 


Essential personal qualities are a sense of humor, down to earth attitude, and a readiness to jump in boots and all to get things done. Hours and days are negotiable.
