The Role: 
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors 
  • Answering, screening and directing all incoming telephone calls 
  • Tea/coffee preparation for guests
  • Maintain the visitors log, ensuring that all visitors are signed in and out
  • Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
  • Management and booking of boardroom and meeting rooms 
  • daily set up boardroom and meeting rooms 
  • Maintaining the presentation of reception, boardroom and meeting rooms
  • Maintaining the presentation of reception, boardroom and wet areas 
  • Keeping track of staff movements in and out of the office
  • General support to the administration and management teams
  • other ad-hoc duties 
Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Proven experience in Reception, Administration and/or Customer Service
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain client confidentiality 
  • Computer literate: Microsoft suite and MYOB a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Sound time management and deadline focused
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • You will be the first point of contact for clients, so first impressions count!
