Purchasing Administrator

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Purchasing Administrator for our client based in Castle Hill. Reporting to the General Manager, the Purchasing Administrator will support the operation and development of the business.
  • Processing orders and invoices
  • Responding to customer phone, email and fax inquiries and dealing with any concerns relating to orders, returns and invoices
  • Performing administrative duties as assigned by the members of our Parts Leadership Team
  • Following up on back orders with suppliers
  • Ordering spare parts
  • Speaking to technicians.
The successful applicant must have and display the following:
  • Ability to engage, influence and achieve strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
  • Good oral communication skills, including the ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people
  • Good written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
Based in the Castle Hill area 
$70,000 - $80,000 per annum + super
Standard hours Monday - Friday
