Our client is a multinational organisation with operations in 26 countries globally. They are the world leader in end-to-end cash solutions and associated technologies. With a presence in five continents globally, Locally in Australia, they partner with many of Australia’s largest banks, retailers, and hospitality venues providing a range of cash management solutions and have a team of more than 1000 employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our client is currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and confident Customer Contact Centre Representative to operate within the National Operations Team. This role requires a highly motivated multitasker who can pick up new concepts quickly as well as work well in a team environment. Reporting to the Contact Centre Supervisor, this key position provides exceptional customer service at all times to their range of clients including; Woolworths, BWS, Star Casino, Westpac, retailers, clubs, pubs, banking partners. Responsibilities include;
  • Manage a high volume of customer’s calls and email communications
  • Act as a liaison for customers to respond to inquiries, provide service information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients at all times
  • Ensure all customer and internal SLA’s are met and exceeded
  • Manage customer databases and ensure accurate set up of new customers
  • Address and escalate customer complaints in a timely manner
ABOUT YOU
  • Minimum 1+ years of demonstrated customer service experience within a busy Call Centre environment
  • Excellent Communication skillset – written and verbal with a strong Stakeholder relationship skillset
  • High school certificate as minimum, relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of banking cash management processes preferred (not essential)
