Acorn Rentals seeks a Claims Administration Assistant to join our Head Office!

About the Role:

You will be working within our Contact Centre Team at our Head Office. The role involves inbound/outbound calls, online chat and email contact covering the end to end process of our accident replacement vehicle service. Taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience, you will assess initial applications and deliver accident replacement vehicle solutions to our customers in an timely and proactive manner. You will play a crucial role monitoring rental durations while providing seamless, ongoing support to our customers.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience within a call centre environment OR customer service position. Recent school leavers looking to start a career in customer support are welcome to apply!
  • Collaborative team member with a strong work ethic
  • Passion for genuine customer service- building rapport comes naturally to you!
  • Accurate data entry & multitasking abilities
  • Intermediate computer skills, including multi-screen navigation
  • Work a rotating roster after the first 3-6 months of employment. Contact Centre Hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 8pm
