The Team & Role 

Our Associates team forms a critical layer of our Sales Distribution organisation. Joining a highly skilled and respected team of sales experts, you’ll be supported by a friendly culture. You’ll receive ongoing coaching and sales training, plus access to plenty of learning and development options. 

With aggressive year on year growth, we have a need for talented, career-oriented salespeople and plan to take our people on the journey with us.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Generating qualified appointments for our national team of Home Loan Specialists and Consultants via inbound and outbound Customer inquiries
  • Identifying opportunities for Customers to refinance their existing loans and obtaining financing for new purchases
  • Educating customers on our value proposition and aligning their wants and needs with our offering
  • Leverage your relationship building & sales skills, encouraging Customers to engage with the platform prior to appointment & gain commitment to the process. 
  • Integrate best-in-class sales training (that’s our job!) with your 'can do', positive attitude to consistently achieve results 
  • Regularly contributing with key internal stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in professional and personal development programs designed to help you take ownership of your career growth.

Make no mistake, this is a phone-based Sales role! If you’re fearful of human interaction; shy away from a team-based & fast-paced environment; aren’t excited by turning a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’... perhaps you'd best look elsewhere!

The role would be ideally suited to final year graduate students, recently graduated students, or newer entrants to the industry.
