Inbound Call Centre Sales | WORK FROM HOME

Our client based in Parramatta have the requirement for 20 Inbound Call Centre Sales & Service staff to join their team. This is a WORK FROM HOME opportunity but you will be required to attend the office 1 day per week.

About the role:

Solve customer enquiries and provide solutions through exceptional customer service & sales [cross-selling] - NO COLD CALLS.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong willingness to learn
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong computer skills
  • An ability to pick things up quickly

This contact centre is operational Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 2pm - flexibility to work a rotating roster is desirable.
