We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to join our Diabetes Operations Team. In this role, you will be taking general enquiries and orders phone calls, and liaising with the other members of the Diabetes Team and the wider AMSL team. In this role you will be supporting the Diabetes Division by communicating with customers via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails, working alongside the Technical Support Team and the Admin team, and completing general administration tasks.
This is a 9am-5pm Monday-Friday role, working out of our Chatswood office and 2-3 days from home. Given current COVID restrictions, the role will commence working from home full-time until further notice.
A successful candidate will be able to work in a close team environment with a positive and upbeat attitude. You do not need prior experience to be successful in this role, however the following skills and experience are preferable:
