*What Your Day Will Look Like*
When you walk through our doors, you join a team of passionate people striving to help customers with their health claims for our HCF client.
You will take ownership of difficult calls with customers who are in challenging and sensitive circumstances.

  • You'll have exceptional customer service skills that will see you empathise with your customers

All about you;

  • Availability Monday - Friday on a rotating roster between 7:45am - 7pm (you will work for 7.6 hours)
  • Available to start 15th of February
  • Full Australian working rights
  • The role is subject to a police clearance and background checks
