Based in our Help Centre in Campbellfield, the position of NDSS Customer Support Officer is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient customer service to the community. They play a critical role in supporting Australians affected by diabetes.
Responsibilities of the position include answering inbound calls, data management and providing a high level of quality customer service to registrants of the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS).
Sound intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office based programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel is a requirement of this position, while exposure to web based databases such as a CRM or finance package would be highly regarded.
You will be personable and friendly with demonstrated experience in a KPI driven call centre environment where you will be required to deal with challenging calls in an empathetic manner. Your high level of customer service skills and attention to detail combined with your data entry skills will see you succeed in this role.
Please note, the Help Centre operates on a roster cycle and hours for this position will be rostered between the hours of 8:30am to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday. Work on public holidays will be required from time to time.
