About the team & role
As one of our Casual Customer Service Officer’s you will be responsible for supporting, problem-solving, and coordinating with our Customers and Tutors in a friendly and engaging way via the phone, email, SMS.
Working within our operations team, a successful candidate will be able to manage and resolve customer and tutor issues that arise while using the Cluey learning platform.
This role would suit students or anyone looking for a flexible role that offers more work-life balance, you must have the ability to work from home and be comfortable with taking a high volume of calls a day.
The ideal person for this role would be able to tick a lot of these boxes:
Multiple Casual Roles available to work between 4-6 weeks along with multiple ongoing Casual Roles available to work up to 25 hours per week
