The Scape Group is the leading provider of purpose-built student accommodation in Australia. Our thing is to create first-class living spaces for students in ways that no one else has even thought of. WHAT’S THE ROLE?
Based at the Atira Regent St property , we have an exciting opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Customer Experience team member. The importance of this role cannot be underestimated – as the first hello and the last goodbye this role has a significant impact on the experience of all our residents and visitors. 

As we prepare for the return of international students in 2022, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys building strong relationships, problem solving and exceeding people’s expectations. You will have previous relevant experience combined with exceptional customer service and organizational skills. We want you to let your personality show as you and the team go above and beyond for our students.

WHO IS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE? 
We are seeking a high performing team member who enjoys building strong relationships. You will have previous experience gained in a role in hospitality, retail or customer service-related environment.

In addition, you will have the following skills and experience: 

  • Provide concierge and administrative support to all residents, stakeholders and visitors to Scape
  • Process 'Check-in' and 'Check-out' of residents;
  • Handle and resolve resident enquiries and issues received;
  • Handle incoming mail and parcels for residents ensuring the accurate and timely processing, delivery and storage of these;
  • Assist residents and other visitors with general enquiries including accounts, equipment hire and local area information; and
  • Ensure a positive impression of the site is created for all prospective customers, parents and clients through the provision of excellent customer service, comprehensive building tours, the delivery of consistent and persuasive sales messages and timely follow up procedures.
  • Ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
