About your new role

We are on the lookout for a Reservations Coordinator (called Customer Service Coordinator – Reservations internally) at Unilodge Toowong. Along with general customer service and assisting with leasing and property management, this position has a reservations focus and will require flexible working hours during our peak periods that align with the beginning and the ends of University semesters.  

Day to day duties
  • Operate the day to day front desk reception area
  • Leasing and the ongoing property management of units
  • Work to achieve and maintain the budgeted occupancy figures
  • Pro-actively develop and maintain our relationship with affiliated colleges.
  • Create and maintain waiting lists to assist with filling vacancies
  • Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being
  • Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc
  • Provide general administration support
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Previous reservations experience in the accommodation industry
  • Previous experience with StarRez Property Management System or similar will be well regarded
  • A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures
  • Ability to provide evidence of a National Police Check and Working with Children’s check (required)
