We are now looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join us. You will be responsible to administer a range of HR and operational activities including providing the first line of HR support to the operations team. This role will provide support over several different business areas and will have a high level of administrative and operational responsibilities.

You will be an energetic, motivated, confident, and outgoing person. An individual who is a problem solver, driven by achieving successful outcomes and is happy to work as part of a team as well as individually. You will need to be proactive, responsive, and astute, and the ability to understand what needs to happen to achieve our business goals.  

Require skills and expertise:

  • Previous administration experience within a Human Resources environment
  • Experience working in real estate or property industry preferred but not essential
  • Ability to effectively manage time and organise the completion of tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail.
  • You have a strong understanding of workplace legislation and relevant awards
  • Open-minded and adaptable to culture diversity

Responsibilities includes:

  • Assist with recruitment including phone screening, liaising with candidates, booking in interviews, and managing job ads
  • On-boarding of new recruits and off-boarding exiting employees
  • Help facilitate the development and shaping of a strong employee-oriented company culture that is performance-focused and follows company values and mission
  • Nurture engagement and a positive working environment across the organisation
  • General administration of employee-related systems and correspondence
