Technical Support Specialist: Printing

Start the new year with an awesome new job! GJS is currently looking for an experienced, self-motivated and customer-focused person to join our support team as a Technical Support Specialist based in Sydney.

We have a passion for our people and are proud of our fast-paced, high-energy, team-orientated environment, so to land this role you’ll need to have the following skills:

  • Previous experience servicing and supporting digital equipment
  • Background in electronics
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organised, efficient time management and reliable
  • High attention to detail and quality focus
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

**Bonus points if you also have**

  • Previous experience within the digital printer market
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite of graphics software

What you’ll be doing each day:

  • Providing remote and/or on-site technical support to ensure GJS customers can enjoy maximum up-time and production
  • Hitting the road and installing new printing equipment
  • Remote and on-site product training for GJS customers
  • On-site scheduled servicing of existing GJS printer install base
  • Assisting the sales and customer services teams in maintaining GJS' exceptional customer service standards
  • Develop and maintain all support and service process documentation and the GJS knowledgebase

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am―4.30pm
