About the role

 

Our Development line of business are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Manager to join the team in our head office. Working closely with senior management team and development team, the Group Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities related to our current development sites.

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

 - Support the development team in establishing campaign objectives, timelines and deliverables

- Coordinate media across print, digital, and signage

- Monitor and maintain social media platforms and manage content

 - Develop and update project website(s) and prepare content, i.e.  REA and Domain websites project profiles

 - Develop personalised email communications

 - Monitor and maintain Google Analytics and website performance

 - Monitor and measure metrics related to marketing campaigns across the various channels

- Maintain and monitor inventory of sales support materials, ensuring they are current and accurate, and coordinate new materials as needed

- Liaise with external suppliers including photographers, print media and marketing materials

- Coordinate company events and sponsorships

- Automate the CRM and maintain in-house database

- Assist with research analysis and planning

 

Qualifications

 

A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications

Previous experience in a similar full-time role using digital marketing and social media in the development/project marketing space

Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO/SEM

Advanced written communication skills including copywriting and editing

Ability to plan and adhere to production timelines, with a strong attention to detail

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Suite

Ability to work autonomously and take on small projects

Proficiency in MS Office suite particularly Excel, Project and Outlook

Experience with Salesforce CRM will be preferred

MUST be able to speak both English and Mandarin
