We also have a dynamic and positive team, and we are working together to redefine the expectations of a flooring company. With plenty of exciting plans on the horizon, we are looking for a sales and showroom support person to join and support the team. 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

We put an emphasis on developing genuine relationships and want to provide first-class service for our clients throughout the entire sales process. We need a sales and showroom support person to ensure we keep up to date with managing orders, providing quotes, and supporting our sales team to enable them to be on the road and manage multiple projects. 

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, system savvy, and has an amazing eye for detail to ensure our quoting and CRM is up to date and accurate. You will play a critical role in the success of our sales team and the company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Answer phone calls and emails directly from clients 
  • Manage the showroom and perform consults on Mondays when our showroom consultant is away
  • Log and manage client activity and correspondence in the CRM
  • Create and manage opportunities and orders in the CRM
  • Create, follow up, action and assign tasks in the CRM
  • Prepare and arrange postage for sample requests
  • Performing basic site plan take-offs using our estimation software
  • Prepare and provide quotes based on estimated quantities
  • Liaising with our procurement, finance, and warehouse teams as required for tasks and queries

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be computer, systems and technology savvy
  • Must have experience in customer service, sales or project coordination
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management, administration and organisational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM or other order and project management software and systems would be highly desirable

 

This role will be based in our showroom Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
