Sales Coordinator

Working alongside the Aged Care Sales team, the Sales Coordinator will be a face of the company at sales meetings with prospective clients, assist in drafting tenders and proposals, and provide support to the sales team by identifying and documenting potential customer needs. 

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a steppingstone towards a career in sales or marketing. 

Key duties include: 

  • Assist the sales team by drafting tenders, proposals, and contracts
  • Work with Business Development Managers to document contract variations
  • Support the post-contract handover from sales to delivery by raising project estimates and sales orders
  • Work with sales and account management teams to identify and communicate upselling opportunities for our products
  • Deliver reporting outcomes to the client providing measurable data analytics to promote future opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in identifying new potential business opportunities, drafting emails and scheduling sales meetings with prospective clients

Qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Bright, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
  • Highly motivated with keen problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High standard of written and oral communication
  • Passion for success in all areas of the business
  • Experience in a sales or marketing role
  • Experience in tender or contract writing
  • Experienced in using a CRM database
