About the Role:
Working alongside our JKFM Management team, our ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the business growth of our business. This will be achieved by seeking new potential opportunities to promote and provide the services we deliver, turning current clients into increased business, creating new clients from existing client networks and referrals.
This position is purely business to business and your sales skills, along with your ethical approach and commitment to results will see your time in our office rewarding. You'll be working in an enthusiastic and supportive work environment where you will have the ability to work autonomously.
You will be a professional and thrive in a role where perseverance and resilience is rewarded. It is also likely that you will also have experience in selling solution based services and/or service contracts. Direct industry experience is not a pre-requisite if you can demonstrate high level service-based B2B sales experience - however previous exposure to Facilities Management sector will be highly valued.

Excellent communicator with diverse and above average ability (written & verbal) which will include tender writing/creative writing.
Strong personal organisational and effective, polished presentation skills
An outgoing, engaging personality with a positive attitude
Definite team player and passionate self-starter
Computer literacy with CRM experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role forms part of our National Team in Milton and reports to the National Projects Manager. It is a B2B focused position and carries responsibility for the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Prospecting as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with potential new clients.
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service and prepare sales quotations and estimates to support sales and growth
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
All necessary “tools of the trade” will be provided.
