As a Sales Consultant operating within our Call Centre you will engage with customers to provide solution-based products. We look for people who show empathy and compassion, and can build rapport with customers whilst delivering a positive customer experience

Working in our sales team

We recognise that a sales role isn't for everyone and what's most important for us is hiring people who both want to do the role and are suited to it. This role is 100% phone based and can be stressful - you are working to KPI's that monitor your activity and performance and, while we don't cold call customers, some interactions can be difficult. We work hard to provide a supportive culture at both team and organisational level and are proud of the fact that our senior agents and leaders across the business are mostly 'home grown'.

To be successful you will:

  • Have a mature approach to life and be comfortable talking on the phone
  • Be a supportive, ambitious team player determined to succeed
  • Have resilience, tenacity and a positive attitude to achieve KPIs
  • Be reliable and have a strong work ethic
  • Have availability to work an 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday
